"Success is different for every blogger. It may be fame, income, sales, readership, etc. In different industries, there are successful bloggers with different goals and aspirations.
The age of the blogger

"How much time does it take to create a well-known blog?" "At least 1 year!" , Technorati once published a top 100 list of blogs and found that the average age of the blogs therein was around 33.8 months, a statistic that shows that it's almost hard to speed up a well-known blog, unless your content is sufficiently engaging.
This is the first lesson for new bloggers: blogging is a long-term job, and with a lot of hard work and a bit of luck, quick success is not impossible.
Frequency of article publication

In an extensive analysis of the top bloggers, successful bloggers tend to publish more articles than others, even multiple short articles in a day, with the frequency of blog updates ranging from 3.2 to 430 (multi-author), mostly around 30 articles a month, or an average of one article a day.
The more articles you publish, the more chances you have to get links and readers' attention, and the easier it is for search engines to include such content. The topics of these blogs vary, but most of them are topics that people care about on the Internet, mainly focusing on the Internet, IT, Google, current affairs, and technology. However, there are also many readers who prefer a smaller number of higher quality articles.
This is the second lesson for new bloggers: blogging is about publishing articles regularly, not every day, and not every few months.
The Referred Factor

Blogs in the Top 100 were once recommended by Digg 8,000 times, while the top 5 blogs were recommended 3,600 times, accounting for 45% of the entire list. KESO, Moonlight, and 36 Krypton, for example, were recommended for articles on major tech sites, and were also recommended by RSS reader sites such as Fresh Fruit and Shrimp Catch.
Obviously, these top blogs are doing well in social media, but it's hard to know if there's a connection, in that being recommended by other sites is also an important part of the blog's success.
This is the third lesson for new bloggers: the success of a blog is dependent on recommendations from other sites.
Revenue

I think the biggest motivation to stick to blogging comes from income. The topic in which you are happy will make a world of difference, and it's all a deciding factor in the success or failure of a blog.
Here you should learn more about how blogs or websites of the same type as yours are profitable. What advertising system do they use? Is an ad referral page provided? And so on.
This is the fourth lesson for new bloggers: it's time to put down the high and mighty, blogging won't save the world, but it will subsidize space domain money, and as the saying goes, money doesn't earn a son of a bitch.
