Do all web design jobs start with copying?

The word plagiarism in the design industry is simply inappropriate! If you have to get to the bottom of it, those so-called non-plagiarism people, in your initial design time to do is to watch other people's excellent site? Unconsciously the benefits of those excellent site "copied" to their own consciousness. This is the design of the road a passage! A designer who does not know how to appreciate excellent web works may never know the essence of learning; a designer who cannot integrate the essence of excellent works into existing needs may never find true inspiration. Even the seemingly original designs are often inspired by the accumulation of inspiration from designers over time. Inspiration comes from inspiration, and inspiration comes from borrowing - this is a "success rule" that every web designer should remember.

I've seen other people's work in some of the largest websites, especially in some of the unlocked Flash works, where the source code has a lot of comments in Korean, and some designers do take these good things from others and combine them together to make a good work. So I think there is no such thing as plagiarism, as long as you can do no evidence of infringement of others, others recognize the excellent works is your own good works.

Website design has a period of several years, think about the initial time are in the plagiarized works, such as the Korean PSD template! These things are like a crutch, without it simply can not do, until later on to gradually throw away this crutch, and start their own original career! The stage of plagiarism, is not every designer must go through?

I don't know why now for "original" two words particularly sensitive! Nowadays, although I have been pursuing original works, I have seen what other designers have said about their design concepts, thoughts and ideas, and I don't know what to express! I don't know what to express! I only know, for example, to do a medical class web page, I have to choose green, light such a color tone and so on!

Although this topic has been mentioned many times, it's still an impossible problem to solve. So I would like to ask you, do you have such a confusing stage in your design experience! The beginning of web design, is not all to start with the "copy"!
