How to find the perfect job

One of the key ingredients to your happiness and productivity at work is whether you love your job and are fully committed to it. So choose the work you want to do, don't just work for the sake of it. When you really want to do it, it's no longer just a job in your mind.

Can you find the job you want to do the most? Do you wake up every day and can't wait to get to work?

Of course, there are millions of people all over the world who put their hearts and souls into what they love, and I'm one of them. Are you one of those people? Do you want to be one of those people?

What a lot of people find difficult is that they don't know what kind of work is worth putting on in the first place. They don't know how to start, and they feel that the road ahead is very bleak.

This is not the case. You can find that ideal job, but of course, you have to work hard to find it. Here are five things you need to know when searching for your ideal job.

You're looking for a job, the job isn't looking for you. Doing the same thing over and over again every day that you did the day before isn't going to get you the career of your dreams, unless you hit the big time one day and it falls out of the sky by itself. Most people didn't rely on luck - you have to act, you have to look.
Until you find it, don't stop. Like Steve Jobs said, don't settle for less. It's great that you can find something a little better than your current job, but don't stop there. Keep looking, don't stop. It's not easy, especially in China, but it's very painful to give up a stable job and it takes more than courage.
You have to try a lot of interesting things. It's a real journey of discovery. Develop new habits, meet new people, read lots of magazines and books. Inspiration can spill out from any place you'd never think of. I couldn't agree more, and if you can't think of anything you're interested in, then try, you'll always find it.
You may not love what you do right away unless you're good at it. Most of the time you'll know you really like something once you come across it, but sometimes it takes a while to develop your skills to the fullest so that you love what you do. Once you're good at your job, you can't stop because you've mastered the essentials of how to get things done.
Once you've found it, give it your all. If you find that career that you have your heart set on, you are getting a wonderful gift of life. Don't ever ruin this wonderful gift, you have to really put yourself into it. That's not to say you should ignore the other good things like family, friends, etc. Once you're working, give it your all and go to work. It's like what's taught in Success Essentials.
The following points can help you find your work passion.

1. stop the routine and ask yourself. You need to stop doing your routine once in a while, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, maybe right now. Ask yourself the bold question: do you love what you're doing right now? If you don't love it, what do you love about it? If you don't know, do you want to find out?

2. take time to think about it. It is essential to spend an hour or two thinking about it. Think well, about your life, about what you are doing, about what you want to do.

3. think about what you really love. Do you have a hobby that you are very passionate about? What kind of books do you like to read? What do you talk to people about? Is there something you really want to do but always forget to do, or don't have the guts to pursue?

4. What is your dream? Are there any goals you've always wanted to achieve? Basically, everyone has dreams, but there will be many people who feel that these ideas are not realistic (how do you know if they are realistic without trying). Think hard about what your dreams are.

5. what are you good at? What are your strengths and in what areas are you quite talented? Is there anything you did really well? Make them your business.

6. Put them into action. If you do nothing but fantasize, you won't get anywhere. Start taking action now by doing research, making phone calls, making appointments to talk to people, doing career assessments.

7. discover new things. Common sense fresh and interesting new hobbies, read up on areas you haven't read about. Break out of your usual patterns and find new avenues to explore.

8. once you find something interesting, delve deeper. You can read articles about it and continue to improve your skills through study and practice. Don't be afraid, fear is the real reason why most people don't find happiness.

9. act again. Once you have an understanding of what interests you, take action! You may be able to practice it in your current job, or do it as a part-time job, or just from a hobby. Get in touch with people in your industry and find out how they got started. Go to the library and read books on the subject and search the internet to find out what you need to do as a newbie. The next thing is to do what you do. Happy dream hunting!
